Letting go isn't forgetting

This term we are making movies and I really like the genre of Drama so I have decided to make a silent short film. It will start with a little girl writing a letter to her father who past away. She spends the whole day by herself at the park, on the merry go round, etc. Her sister then takes her hand and they walk to the beach, they walk to the water, the younger sister looks at the older one and she lets the balloon go. They watch the balloon drift away. The camera drifts up and out.


Courage is the power to let go of the familiar.
